Brochure Design

A brochure designed for a housing developer. The purpose was to create a short run of quirky books, which would generate interest for potential buyers. Steampunk inspired illustrations featured heavily in the book, blending with layout of the houses. The use of illustration helped us breach the gap and helped to deliver a book in time when the estate wasn’t finished.
